How would you feel if you lost all your activity and data from Twitter, Flickr, Delicious or Word press accounts? For many who use it personally, may not care so much, except for the precious photos of their grand child. However, for business social networking use, it could be critical data. Just as you save all your business files so you don’t lose all your work, or if your hard drive crashes, it is prudent to have a copy of your social media data. Up to now, there hasn’t been an easy way to copy that data from the cloud. Now there is an online service called Lifestream Backup, that will back up your Twitter, Flickr, Google Docs and much more.

Lifestream Backup connects to your social accounts and pulls the data, pictures, blog posts and files you’ve added, created, or associated with your accounts. The actual process of backing up is easy and the results are also easily accessible.

So if you are worried if your facebook or twitter account get’s hacked, gmail has a mass email deletion, your Flickr account is permanently deleted or Youtube account is deleted, then now’s the time to take control and backup your intellectual property.

For more information about Lifestream Backup go to http://lifestreambackup.com
